In force of the art. 13 of the Italian Law in matter of protection of personal data (D.Lgs. the 196/2003) the participants to the project digitAlexandria (whose names are indicated in this page) , as co-holders of the treatment of the informations collected by means of this website, its services and the related software for documents sharing, inform the users that all the informations they disclosed to us, are treated according to the enforced italian law in matter of privacy and with the purposes and modality indicated in the following sections.

1. Use of the informations.
   The uses of the informations are strictly related to the bestowal of the services requested by the user, or to fulfill the legal obligations, the rules and the norms from the European Community, and the dispositions given by legittimate authorities and organs of vigilance and control.
   Identifying, address and e-mail address informations may also be used to send informations about the services activated by means of the website and/or the related software.
   The lack of bestowal of the sole information tagged as "obligatory" (or a word with equivalent meanig) leads the requested services to fail.
   
2. Modalities of the treatment.
   The treatment will happen so as to guarantee confidentiality and security and could be carried out by any means able to record, to manage and to transmit the informations.
   
3. Disclosure of the informations.
   The personal informations could be communicated, or will come to acquaintance of, third parties (responsible or people in charge of the treatment) people in charge to carry out specific services (as an example: the organisation of events or initiatives of promotion of the activated services).
   The identity informationo (name and last name) are disclosed to the other customers of the forum section.
   Any other information that, in any section of the software and/or the site, the user will specifically design as public, are disclosed to the other users. We may need to disclose personal information if required by law. For example, to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process.
   
4. Rights of the users
   The users have the right to exercise the faculties granted by the art. 7 of D.Lgs. 196/2003:
   
   1. The users have the right to obtain the confirmation of the existance of the personal informations regarding him, even if not still recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
   2. the users have the right to be acquainted of:
      a) the source of the personal informations;
      b) the purposes and modality of the treatment;
      c) the logic applied in case of treatment carried out by mean of electronic instruments;
      d) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out by means of electronic instruments; d) of the identity of the holder, the responsibles and the representative designated in force of the art. 5, codicil 2;
      e) of the subjects or the categories of subjects to which the personal informations can be communicated or that they should come to acquaintance in quality of representative designated in the territory of the State, of responsibles or people in charge.
   3. the users have the right to obtain:
      a) the update, the correction or, if interested, the integration of informations;
      b) the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the disabilitation of the information treated in law violation
      c) the certification that the operations at the letters a) and b) have been brought to acquaintance, also in their content, of those people to which the informations have been communicated or diffused, eccept the case in which such implementation is impossible or it involves means manifestly unproportioned compared to the protected right.
   4. the users have the right of opporsi, in all or part:
      a) for legitimate reasons to the treatment of the personal informations that regard him, even if coherent with the scope of the collection;
      b) to the treatment of the personal informations that regard him for advertising or direct selling or marketing purposes.
